got my workout in tonight. I'm thinking about getting a hack squat machine for my gym in the Garage. Need one badly.. Tomorrow morning i will start jogging again. I mucked out stalls and feed the horses this morning. I have to go back this evening again. I volunteered to do it today while the owners were out. I posted new photo's and some video clips this week.

You know what astonishes me? I've been around a lot of horse shows and horse show people now. Some of the paint Quarter horse yearling had more muscle then my clydesdale cross yearling filly. Those people give their show horses steroids! I would have never guessed since I just assumed humans did that for vanity! What people do for competition sake! I was taken aback once I actaully was told that, although I assumed they were doing something to make them massive i wasn't quit sure.

I have been so bad at writing in here lately. I don't really do anything different and hate repeating the stuff i do. It's not very exciting and I don't do much. So there are times I sit here and look at this blank entry trying to come up with something to say. Frankly there are a lot of times My mind is blank of anything of importance. There is one thought that went through my mind today when I was waching the blasted news. Leave Michel Jackson ALONE! Fucken people are worse then high schoolers. Life is hard enough without picking on someone. Frankly I don't think he did it but then I don't know all the evidence. I just don't see him being like that with kids. I am Usually a pretty good judge of caracter but I am sometimes wrong. Not like I really know the guy personaly. I do feel sorry for him, and all he is being put through. If he isn't being portrayed as a freak by some tv show then he's being accused left and right, of all kinds of deads. He may be excentric and different but if we could turn those camera's around and look into someone elses life at ramdom, I bet we could find all kind of excintric's out there. Now there is a bit of irony in that being said.

I've been reading and cleaning my house. We are planning a vacation next summer and decided on London and the surrounding area. I like reading about historic London and was trying to find out what good places to visit while i'm there? I really would like to see some of the old Queen and King Palaces and homes of the old Lord's and Dukes. I do believe the Shire Horses are from there and would like to see some of them also.

I just finished the book by Christina Dodd, it was very good! When I wrote about it yesterday I was on the first chapter. I couldn't stop reading it and just finished it tonght, not a long book but it's very good. Loved the ending!

I"ve been walking 3 miles in the evening. My diet isn't very good but I really hate diets. It's getting quit chilly at night so I bought Queen a Horse blanket for nights. I put that on her just before the sun sets and right after it rises I take it off. I just started reading a Book by Christina Dodd called "one Kiss From You". It's good but not the best I've read. Keeps me entertained.
