July is comming to an end and hopefully the heat with it. Lets keep our fingers crossed. I went on a trail ride at 6am this morning. Came home took a short nap then cleaned the house up a bit. I had an online show at 5pm EST (2pm PST "my time") My brother came over to visit for a half hour or so around 7:45 pst. Seemed like he wanted to ask something and never did. I wonder if he needed to borrow again.? Gosh, I hope not. I have to put my foot down sometime. There are times he sure makes me feel like I could kick myself. Talked with my Mom last night and she got an offer on her home. Not what she wanted so she probably won't sell yet. Out in the boondocks the property value don't appreciate as much as it does in or near the city's. I think she is a little scared of change. The move and all. I'll be there for her and I told her so.
On another note. My biceps are pumped today! Good workout tonight. So come and give me that massage again!:)

I just had Melisa Dettwiller do exclusive photo's and video for my website, she is Ms. Louisiana and is at the usa in Las Vegas right now. She won the Louisiana State Bodybuilding Show and earned the title Ms. Louisiana 2005! I should have the photo's and video up in a couple days. She's a Very beautiful girl, muscular and in fantastic Shape. I'll also post a tease photo in here. Yes, she will make you grovel.:)

Lets see. Hmmm. It's not only Hot in Arizona it's humid to. I take a shower in the am and by Noon I need another. But the horses need worked. To bad it's not melting inches off me. Feels like it should though! Oh I'm so hot who wants to cool me down? A big bucket of cool water thrown on me with my white tee-shirt on. I'll make sure there is no bra on.:) Ariel is back from her vacation and is doing shows on the weekend also. Hitting the gym tomorrow.

Comon Feel the Noise! Girls Rock your boys! Lets go wild, wild, wild! It's Friday. Do you know where your partner is?! He's right here in my bedroom! Ok, maybe not but...:) Someone come on over and give me a lower back massage. Oh yea... ooooohhhhhh.

My goal for this month is to drop 8 pounds and lean down and tone up a bit! I've been working on the site and trying to get things done. I have a girl who is a bodybuilder that may be starting shows. We'll see not sure when she can start yet.

I pumped some weights today and the burn!!! Who wants to give me a rub down now that my arms are all tight and throbing? What a day! Now I got to go do some cleaning. I had a show yesterday and used a toy. I really have to go out and find a real man to do me for a show. Those toys sure get a little plastic.:)

I haven't had much to talk about lately. Not into writing it down anyway. I haven't talked to my mom for a while. Tried calling her today but she was working. I've been going on trail rides in the evenings with Goliath or Queenie (My Horses). Meet a new friend to ride with. She's a really nice women who is my age and lives a few doors down. I have a show Saturday at 5pm EST (2pm PST).

Well the London Terrorist attack. What to say? Don't worry it's not personal they hate EVERYONE. From America to London probably all the way around the world they will go. Whoever they may be. People are deranged, religious one's are the worst to.

I bought some Vitamins and have been getting out, being active. I went to see War of the Worlds today and that is a fantastic movie! Loved it. Tom Cruise has got his grove back.:) Must have been the marriage that stunted his growth. Sad to say. Who knows. Good movie. It's to hot to work outside so I haven't been working with Goliath as much as I should the last week or so. I'm not a morning person but need to start doing that around 5 or 6am.. To Hot any other time. I did nothing for the 4th. Stayed home and worked on a website design for another site. Not much going on besides that.
