Meal 3 was not good for me but I wanted to get that thing out of my fridge before I was to far along in my diet. So I had the Stoffers fish with mac and cheese. It was a small serving and I don't feel like I cheated to bad. As long as I don't make it a habit.:)I've also been on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes every day. In the morning I take a Multi-Vitamin & Mineral supplement and Omega 3 Faty acid supplement (fish oil).
