I have been so tired this week. All I want to do is sleep or lay down. I don't know what it is, maybe the heat. I feel exhausted. I had my online show on Tuesday at 4pm EST. I watched that episode on 20/20 (i think that was the show). It was about plastic surgery and the 7 Sins (Vanity). If those women can look young when 59 then I'm gonna start and find me a good dermatologist to help my skin look it's best! I don't think I"ll go to the lengths some of them go. I got my new computer setup today. It's fast to! It's a P4, 3 GHZ.. Ariel has another show tomorrow at around Noon EST. It's on the schedule so check it out. She still is in great shape. I have a show Saturday at 11pm EST. I'll also have one scheduled for Tuesday around Noon for you Europeans. I've been working horses and then on this computer. I need to try to get on my Treadmill more often but after the Horse the heat zaps me of the energy.

I just finished working my Horse then I took a shower. I still don't feel as if I'll cool down today. It's so Hot. I started my diet today. I'm tired of eating like crap. I went and visit my mom in Kentucky on Wednesday of last week and just returned from my trip last night. It was a fun visit, I go stir crazy visiting and not doing a whole lot. I was suppose to return tomorrow but I couldn't take pacing back and forth thinking what I could get accomplished at home. So now I'm home! I love my mom dearly but she did not want to go anywherewhile I was there. It was a little depressing, that trip. I hope she is ok. I am concerned about her. She seems like she may be not feeling at to well or something.
