I can barley walk tonight. I did cardio on the stepper at the gym for 30 minutes then I did a nude workout for my show tonight online. I am not usually this sore but that tells me how long I've put off doing legs. I've been talking with one of my Best Friends from School jr High and high school. Her name is Bambi. Yes, that is her real name. You know I remember asking her that when I first meet her. Me, her and April became really good Friends when we moved to FT. Polk, LA back in 89 or was that 88, i think it was 89. Anyway, it's good to know she hasn't really changed all that much. She still her self from when we were 13. Oh bummer, my birthday is this month. God, I'm going to be saying goodbye to my 20's forever, never again to see them. Well thank god I have friends I'm in contact with who are growing older to!
