I've been watching the Funeral of Ronald Regan in Washington today. Always so sad when someone dies. I don't think there is really quit anything a person can say to someone who has just lost one they love. No words could do. Not really something any of us can prevent anyway. As hard as we might try. I didn't do hardly anything today except clean and computer work. I did go by the store and get a few things. I can't eat sweets lately without getting really bad dizzy. So I am cutting that and eating a lot healthier (I have been for the last few weeks anyway). When I eat healthy I don't feel so..... awful.
